“Anu takes l pride in her work. My nails always look amazing and, more importantly, they last! I’m hard on my hands, and her sets hold up beautifully which says a lot about the quality & care she puts in. Beyond the results, the experience pleasant. Anu has a calm, grounded, and genuinely lovely presence that makes appointments feel relaxing & easy. It’s rare to find someone who delivers exceptional work and such a positive, peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion I’d offer is about the setup during appointments. Since you're facing into the salon rather than out toward the beautiful mountains and sky, it would be nice to have something more soothing than salon ads - perhaps a cooking show or travel program to enhance the overall experience.”Read moreShow less

“I went there to get my second piercing. I am 9 years old and it took 3 × 2 pirce my one ear. I had to Take my first piercing earrings out before we did my second piercing which was reasonable When they pierced my ear, the lady pierced my first piercing. Then the second time she tried to Pierce my ear, the piercing gun broke. And then. They didn't have any more of the color I wanted for my earrings so I had to choose a different color. And when my ear finally got pierced. It was a different lady that was doing it cause my mom didn't want. The other lady to mess up again. London, basically my little sister. “When customer service stands out I make a point of saying so; Liz who currently runs the show at PP Nelson is lovely & caring, very knowledgeable & takes her job seriously but also has a great sense of humour ! Shes honest and i really trust her ie: shes not pushy or just trying to sell you something to meet a quota. All great qualities in someone handling often very personal esthetic services. The other techs there are lovely too (so sorry I dont remember your names ) The studio is also immaculate ! Suggestions: maybe some spa type music in the medical esthetics treatment room? Aromatherapy diffuser to help sooth during some possibly unusual services? Nice new hand drying towels in bathroom!! 😉”Read moreShow less

“Staff were friendly and nice but I can’t justify anything more than one star. I went to get a tattoo removed and after 4 sessions and 1200$ it’s barely made a difference. I understand that this is actually normal and it typically takes 6-8 sessions but at 400$ a session it’s highway robbery. They made it sound like I was getting a deal and meanwhile in the city they charged me 100$ for one session on the same tattoo. I couldn’t be more disappointed at how badly I got taken. “DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. My daughter spent $80 before our trip, the technician made here nails bleed, filed them uneven, and did a poor job. My daughter tried calling a number of times before leaving on our trip while working full time to discuss the matter. The owner is very passive aggressive and would not discuss the matter on the phone. My daughter worked full time up until the day we left; her nails were done three days before leaving. The last time she tried this business, the polish came off her toes on one foot the same day and when she went back the owner blamed her for being “ active”; even though the technician forgot to put the top coat on this foot. This owner blames the customers for their poor service. It’s a pattern in the reviews. So , please respond blaming my daughter for your poor job, making her bleed, being passive aggressive , taking her $80, and refusing to speak to a student unless she takes time off of work.”Read moreShow less
