“While training for a half marathon, I tore a calf muscle. It just wouldn’t heal even after almost a month of no training except spin classes to keep up cardio. The race was getting close, so after never going to physio before, I decided to go see Dale. After two sessions, I slowly started running again after practicing the stretching and after Dale used his machine on my calf. On race day, I ran the half marathon with no pain at all! “I have been struggling for two years with pain in pretty much everything from my knees to my lower back and especially my hip and groin area. Everything was tight, hurt and felt stuck and it was so defeating. I tried everything I could and nothing helped. I was so lost in my journey to find something or someone who could help when I finally came across a comment online about Dale Deis and how he helped someone who suffered from pain for years recover when nothing else had worked for her. This resonated with me so much that I called him right away and booked my first appt. He was super responsive and got me in right away. I’ve been seeing Dale for maybe a month and a half/2 months now and I feel like a completely different person plus I understand my body (and its pain!) much better now thanks to Dale. An hour of focused work with him each and every appointment where he works to understand what’s going on with your body and then identify the root of the problem.
