⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Preet is absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. His stretching techniques, cupping, and needling have made such a difference for me. He always gives great advice and takes the time to understand what is going on and what my body needs. He is a really great guy, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Preet to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist! Girls at the front desk are so amazing too!

I found that Morgan was exceptionally professional, open to discuss my ideas from my past physio experience, very personable and showed great interest in what I had to say. I wish Morgan to have a content life and enjoy her time with the staff at Skaha Physio just as must I did. That is 100 percent that I would recommend this facility.

Easily the best massage therapist (Lauren Powers) I have been to in Penticton. Has a high level talent for finding and massaging the sore spots. She also sincerely cares about your overall body heath and offers advice on what can help you.

The biggest thing I’ve appreciated about Steve, is how he explains everything — what’s going on with your body, what the treatment is doing, and what results you should expect. He’s professional, warm, and genuinely easy to talk to. I also love his spacious treatment room. You’re the only person in the space, not crowded in with others all doing their own physiotherapy. It feels calm, private, and focused.

I've been seeing Logan at Penticton Skaha Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre for a bulging disc and sciatic nerve issues, and from my very first appointment I knew I was in good hands. At my initial assessment, Logan took the time to really listen as I explained my symptoms. He asked thoughtful questions, completed a thorough assessment, and it was clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced in physiotherapy. Before I left, he set me up with a personalized exercise program that was uploaded to my exercise portal app, making it easy to follow at home. At each follow-up appointment, Logan has used hands-on techniques and exercises that have provided noticeable relief from my nerve pain. After I received my MRI results, he took the time to explain the medical terminology in a way that was easy to understand. Having that information also allowed him to further tailor my treatment plan with exercises and techniques that continue to improve my condition. I have complete confidence in Logan and trust him with my recovery. He is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his patients get better. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist. The front desk staff are always friendly, efficient, and accommodating when scheduling appointments, and I really appreciate their friendly, helpful attitude. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, and comfortable, making every visit a positive experience.

The office staff are pleasant. Morgan is wonderful, I’ve been to a few and couldn’t follow through, Morgan listens and asks questions that pertain to my issues. I’m and mature woman and heavy set. She doesn’t judgement that I’m out of shape, I’m not! I look forward to working with her. Wilma Gibson

My therapist is happy. He acknowledges all my issues and helps me get back to where I was prior injury. Very good at being personable with clients and makes you feel that progress is being made and if changes have to be made he helps you with what to do in order to achieve.

I have been going to Skaha physiotherapy with Jade Reynolds after my hip replacement surgery since February 10th and I am very happy with the help she has given me. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and she is very compassionate about any extra issues I have had. She not only works with getting me the right exercise to do but also explains what is happening and what the goal is to get me back to my old self. I would recommend her to anyone. The other thing I found is the ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful.
