“I had the Facial Rejuvenation treatment with Sumeet and overall it was amazing. I hold a lot of tension in my jaw, and the combination of buccal massage, cupping, gua sha, sculpting, cleansing, hot towels, and a mask at the end was exactly what I needed. Sumeet was skilled, professional, and the overall experience felt very intentional and relaxing. The reason for 4/5 stars comes down to a bit of confusion around insurance and a promotion. I initially booked after seeing a 20% promotion with select practitioners, which caught my attention, and I chose an RMT because the website notes the treatment can be covered. When I went to pay, I learned that the promotion had specific timing requirements that weren’t entirely clear to me (though they graciously honoured it), and that the treatment wasn’t covered under Sun Life specifically. I wouldn’t have thought to ask about either detail beforehand. Overall, the service itself was excellent and I would absolutely return, I would just recommend double-checking promotion timing and insurance coverage with your provider before booking.”Read moreShow less
