“Exceptional osteopathic treatment by Alex Davies. I presented with multiple issues with back and hip pain and found this greatly reduced following treatment. Alex is personable, professional and thorough in his assessment especially with careful questioning. He was knowledgeable and I appreciated his insights. “I started seeing Alex at Pelvic Physio Niagara for Osteopathic treatment and he has made such a difference in my training journey as I prepare for the World Jump Rope Championships. I have been using osteopathy since 2015, but with this practitioner I'm able to see my scores increase and form improve with the treatments, outside of just feeling better. “I went to Pelvic Physio Niagara after I had my son and noticed some tenting in my abdomen when I tried to sit up. My midwives told me I had Diastasis Recti. Another professional told me I could never do crunches again. I went to see Jenn and she taught me proper techniques to flex my abdomen to avoid separation and helped heal my core. I am so grateful for everything Jenn has taught me to get me back to working out and strengthening my pelvic floor. “I was very excited to start going to this pelvic floor therapist named Jennifer. I went to my first session and she explained everything and what the process would be like. I then booked a second session but 3 days before the session I emailed to reschedule because my period was coming and i wasn't comfortable attending a session on my period. Jennifer sent me an email telling me not to worry and that we can just do physio and not any internal exams. I responded right away and asked her to please reschedule me. This was in July 2024. I have yet to hear from her. I emailed 3 additional times asking for a receipt for my first session and she had never responded to me. I find this very unprofessional and frustrating. How do you expect people to trust you and invest in your business if you have no people skills? I don't think I did anything wrong by asking to reschedule my appointment in the first place so why treat me like that? I doubt they were so swamped with emails that it's now over 2 months to get back to me. Absolutely brutal.
