“I hate to rate a poor review for a business but my service was subpar. My nail tech was harsh with the drill and cut my cuticles, I dealt with the pain the day of. However, today it has turned into a blister; it’s raw and painful :(”

“I recently got my nails done here and opted for shellac with a bio-gel base coat, which I was charged extra for as it is supposed to add thickness and durability to natural nails. Unfortunately, within just four days the product started peeling off from multiple nails. The staff were friendly and the service itself felt pleasant, but I was disappointed with how quickly the nails lifted and came off. Given the additional cost for the bio-gel base, I expected the results to last much longer. I hope the salon can review either the materials used or the application technique so future clients can have a better and longer-lasting experience. Really disappointing!”

“Since I came to Canada, I have been going to Pedi and Nails Paris (only one went to the Brantford one - they messed up my nails and had to go back to fix them) Here at Pedi and Nails Paris, they always do an amazing job, the designs are up to the level, like they match with pictures I show them. Done my nails all the time there.”

“Been a client for years faithfully every 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend Tina for nails. She's professional, cares deeply about her clients and always does an amazing job! Van does the best pedicure I have ever had. If you like a strong leg and foot massage included with your pedi, then he's your guy! Appointments are easily made and canceled online. I love the flexibility of the bookings and even last minute have been taken care of. The salon is bright, clean, and very stylish! Can't recommend enough.”
