“I’ve visited this establishment for massage therapy for over 5 years, and have always been impressed with the level of service and skill set of ALL the RMTs. My RMT, Adrian Morales, is an amazing RMT, always taking the time to ensure my ailments are treated. He takes his time to work through all my knots and never rushes through treatment. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this clinic, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Started going here around 2 years ago and by now I think I've run through the whole staff for various treatments. Stef is great for chiro, always leave without a pain in my neck. I've worked with Andrea multiple times for physio on my knee after a hockey injury. Cathy is great for acupuncture. The girls that work the front desk are helpful and are always on top of appointments and benefits claims.”

“I don’t often take advantage of my massage benefits but I’ve been able to with Adrian. He’s very attentive and takes the time to focus on what your body actually needs. His targeted approach helped release tension and relax muscles I didn’t even realize were so stressed. I always leave feeling better and well cared for. “I had high hopes for this clinic, but my experience was disappointing. Two of my appointments were canceled on the day of the appointment, which was very frustrating and inconvenient given that I planned my time around them. I understand that emergencies can happen, and I fully agree that clinics should charge a cancellation fee when customers cancel last minute, however time should be respected on both sides. That said, it feels like customers’ time is not valued in the same way. Canceling on the same day without offering a replacement RMT or any form of compensation or priority doesn’t feel fair. Some effort to balance the inconvenience would go a long way toward customer satisfaction. The front desk staff were polite and professional, but it seemed they didn’t have the authority from management to properly handle these situations or offer solutions. Overall, the lack of flexibility and consideration left a negative impression.”
