“My work with Rupesh was deeply supportive and transformational. I learned so much about connecting with and being attuned to my body, experienced a lot of healing, built my sense of self, and expanded my spiritual practice. I am deeply grateful for the professionalism, generosity and support he offered. I have integrated somatics into my life and now bring this wisdom and practice to my clients as well. Rupesh played an important role in my personal healing and professional success.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Rupesh for acupuncture and Hakomi therapy for a few years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best. He has helped me greatly with my chronic pain and working through trauma. Rupesh is a kind, empathetic, intuitive, and extremely knowledgeable professional and practitioner. He has a unique system for working with the body to unlock its wisdom and bring it into the conscious space where those messages can be known, seen, and addressed. He understands and honors his role in guiding those processing trauma and heavy emotions. Rupesh can hold space for all emotions with empathy and without judgment. I have seen many acupuncturists over the last 20 years and no one else practices like him. I cannot recommend Rupesh enough.”Read moreShow less

“Rupesh has been an integral part of my life for nearly 20 years. His blend of acupuncture and Hakomi have taken me along this incredible journey. Words can barely describe it! Discovering along the way many things about myself in all realms and growing in these areas - physically and energetically at first, then on to mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This includes physical ailments, health issues, grief. I’d like to describe more how I feel after an hour on the table: Calm. Centered. Grounded. Connected. Sure, there have been times when I left feeling agitated. Stirred up. Emotional. Always, though, having an underlying awareness that strength and fortitude are present at all times. It’s a feeling of solidness and stability. Rupesh continually encourages me to look deeply inward, to witness all feelings and thoughts without judging; to observe what is in the body while dealing with what is in the mind (or vice versa). To be open and vulnerable. He does all of this with the greatest amount of gentleness, tenderness, and caring in his approach. His friendly, warm, encouraging smile welcomes whatever experience is coming. He has a vast breadth and depth of knowledge. There’s always a relevant quote, suggested book to read, dietary recommendation, yoga posture or an example that will guide me to a place of increased awareness and healing. It’s quite an honor to be affiliated with Rupesh and to benefit from his approach and expertise. I refer him to friends, family and clients whenever possible! -MEM”Read moreShow less

“I've had the pleasure of working with Rupesh for nearly two years and his work has been transformational. I've consistently struggled with low self esteem, lack of self compassion and a general feeling of being stuck in my head with my thoughts. He's helped me break out of my head, connect more with feelings in my body and heart and generally live in a space more filled with love and gratitude. The journey towards this state has not been easy, but Rupesh has stayed patient, supportive and creative along the way. He's always willing to try something else to help me break old patterns and I've enjoyed working on finding these solutions with him. Rupesh's work has helped me become a better husband, father and leader and improved my quality of life in so many ways. My journey is not done … there's always more work to do … but I'm confident that Rupesh will be there to provide the right guidance along the way and I'm excited to continue down the path with him.”Read moreShow less

“When I first came to Rupesh, I was looking for a more holistic approach to my health issues. I had overworked myself into complete oblivion and was very focused on soothing my nervous system. My physical ailments brought me in, but the emotional healing I felt after each session is what kept me coming back for months. In working with Rupesh, I’ve rediscovered my own inherent goodness, calmed my nervous system, and learned how to better listen to my body. His approach is unlike any other form of therapy I’ve ever received, and to date, I would say it is one of the best investments I’ve made into my own health and well-being.”Read moreShow less

“My sessions with Rupesh have been a significant catalyst for healing and understanding of self. Through my work with him I have processed and been supported through grief, trauma, internal systems work, and deep relational work. There have been a lot of ups and downs in the past year and a half, and Rupesh’s office always felt like a safe haven where I could go and feel what I needed to feel. I am eternally grateful for his loving skill and care, and would recommend (and have recommended!) him to anyone who is struggling with processing grief or needing a loving space that is safe enough for them to start exploring inside of themselves.”Read moreShow less

“Working with Rupesh has been incredibly helpful to me for over 13 years. Through pregnancies, injuries, perimenopause, the chronic stress of having a child with a chronic disease, and PTSD, sessions with Rupesh help me quiet my inner critic and connect with my body in a profound way that regulates my nervous system. Rupesh is compassionate, attentive, and supportive in a very deep way that is both physically and mentally nurturing. Working with Rupesh I get to let go of everything I’m holding on to and tap in to my deepest self, what matters most, a sense of wholeness and connectedness with life. Rupesh has helped me practice self-compassion, numerous trauma resources, and re-regulating after my son’s scary hospitalizations. After sessions with Rupesh I always feel a sense of relief, like I’ve come home to myself, and I feel profoundly calm and peaceful.”Read moreShow less
