SCHEDULING - If you’re having difficulties finding a time that suits your schedule you can email me with your availability and I’ll try my best to accommodate, or use the waitlist option to be notified if an appointment becomes available.
JUST A QUICK REMINDER: all appointments are booked in Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT). If you miss an appointment or cancel late, the usual fees will still apply due to time zone differences.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Late cancellations / requests to reschedule (less than 24hrs before start time) are subject to a 50% session rate admin fee and can be done through email. No show appointments are subject to the full session fee.
IF IT’S BEEN A WHILE - WELCOME BACK! – If it’s been 12 weeks or more since our last session, I assume you’ve self-discharged, and your online booking may be paused. To restart therapy and confirm the current session fee, just email me. If it’s been over six months, I may ask you to complete another intake form.
