“My children have been going to Pathways since they were toddlers. They are now 16 and 11. They have always been very supportive, even when dealing with extreme anxiety and worked at my children’s pace so they would not fear coming back. “I have been a client of Pathways Dental for many years. I have always been very happy with my visits. They are very thorough. They explain in great detail what they are doing. Any questions asked I have aways been satisfied with the answers I received. They file my insurance claims for me. Very professional from start to finish. “Pathway Dental is a genuinely caring place with truly great people. The quality of their work is top‑notch, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly, patient, and professional. My family has always felt well taken care of during appointments. Now, no place is perfect, and the only real downside we’ve experienced has been at checkout. Over the last few months, my kids and wife have run into a few issues with payments or billing. It’s been frustrating at times, but there is one lady unfortunately I can’t remember her name—who is amazing at sorting things out quickly and fixing any problems. Overall, Pathway Dental is a warm, caring clinic with excellent staff and high‑quality work. If they can smooth out the checkout process, they’d be perfect.”Read moreShow less

“My family has been going to Pathways Dental for almost 20 years. We have gone through everything from fillings, chip repairs, braces, invisalign, crowns, and wisdom teeth extractions. We have always received great care with no issues. The dentists stay up-to-date on new treatments and technology. Our health insurance claims are coordinated through their computer system which makes it easy for us. I really appreciate that they send appointment reminders through text messages. “TONGUE TIE RELEASE We had a great experience here for our sons (4 month old) tongue tie release. The staff did an excellent job explaining the exercises that needed to be done and were very supportive. Upon arrival, they had a cozy room prepared so I could breastfeed my baby in a warm, comfortable and private space for after the procedure. The procedure itself was very fast and my baby was calm and happy immediately after. They checked in the next day to see how he was healing and feeling and scheduled a follow up appointment a week later. He healed so fast and we felt very supported throughout the entire process. “Pathways Dental is fantastic. The team is very accommodating and the reception staff are always friendly and organized, with lots of helpful reminders before your appointment. During my visit, the hygienist was excellent—she helped my three-year-old son feel comfortable and even made the experience fun for him. The office is clearly designed with kids in mind, which makes a big difference. The dentist was professional and offered practical strategies for moving forward.
