My mother had teared her muscle and was in extreme pain. We had waited for so long in emergency, more than two hours and still no response. Extremely terrible service. We literally stood up and left to go to another clinic. Would never recommend this place to anyone. We faced racism here as well. The guards were constantly eyeing us and we felt so disrespected. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I required a minor surgery. From administration through to recovery I had an excellent experience. Thank you for your kindness and care in my treatment and allowing my wife to hang out with me through the experience and listening to my terrible humor when waking up. I apologize if I miss names as I was a little groggy. But Jen, Pat, Candace, dr. Sharma and dr. Ghremida. As much as I hope we never have to hang out again. Thank you for the care and compassion.

I had an infection on my foot. It was clearly red. I waited 12 hours and never saw a physician. Show me how you don't care. I went to a GP instead the next day. He took it seriously, unlike the Pasqua. Waited two hours and 5 minute visit and on my way.

Had a wonderful experience on Friday night, January 16 At Pasqua emerge. I arrived around 12 AM, After talking with triage, I was put immediately into a room without waiting. After about two minutes in my room, the nurse and doctor were already in there, assessing me. Once assessed, they were doing their charts and getting my meds ready, During this, the ear nose, throat specialist on call popped into the room to take a peek himself before leaving (After presumably seeing my intake chart) I was in and out within 30 minutes! I wish I had the names of both doctors and the nurse taking care of me, as everyone was so wonderful and prompt. Truly, the best experience I’ve ever had in a Regina emergency room (A reminder to all those who have had long waits and frustrating experiences, that without an influx of patients and no available beds these doctors and nurses have wonderful efficient care and I’m very grateful for my experience last night!) Thank you again to my two doctors, my nurse and the Triage staff and Pasqua last night ❤️

13hrs from ambulatory entrance to discharge but the emerge Dr Scott and two nurses Gracie and Brook were AMAZING!! They were kind, compassionate, caring and professional. They took extra time to sit with and speak to my daughter and made her feel seen and important. A huge thanks to them as well as the two young EMT persons who did such a great job from their initial contact with us to checking in on my daughter during their shift. Aside from the time it takes being in emerge the care was the best I have seen in a long time

Spoke with triage this morning in clear and immediate 10/10 pain... Not a care in the world was given by my triage nurse. I'm sorry but if someone is in distress, curled over, breathing between breaths and about to throw up from pain. Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your triage system. The state of the healthcare system these days is just ridiculous. If I could give you guys a 0 out of 10 I would gladly do that. Can't wait for my surgery so I don't have to HOPE I can get some pain relief, without waiting 5 hours in the waiting room, hoping my Gallbladder doesn't perforate. Watching very abled bodies in no clear indication of pain or distress walk in before... You might as well die before you get treated or taken seriously. Next time I'll call an ambulance and pay $500 just to get seen and helped in a fair manner.

I brought my wife to the emergency department because she was vomiting, weak, and possibly pregnant. We waited over seven hours and not one doctor saw her. Staff could not tell us when a doctor would arrive or if any doctor was even available. What made the situation worse was that several staff members were gossiping with each other, standing around, and not providing any updates or assistance. Instead of focusing on patients, they were talking among themselves while sick people sat waiting with no care. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior in an emergency department. If there are no doctors available, patients should be informed honestly instead of being left waiting the whole night. We pay taxes to support the healthcare system — not to be ignored and treated disrespectfully. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. My wife left without any assessment or treatment after 7 hours of waiting. I expect this situation to be reviewed urgently, and for steps to be taken to ensure staff behave professionally and communicate honestly with patients.

I was taken in immediately for back pain and hip pain. The nurse name “Goodness” a black RN helped me out so nicely. And the doctor came after 1 hour and checked me thoroughly. It took time of 4 hours to get out of there but all the blood work and urine work was done immediately. I am happy at least they checked on me performed all the required tests.

I attended the emergency last night due to concerns about my heart. I was taken in immediately and the care I received was just the best. The nurses, emt, porter, hematologist and the dr were all so kind and understanding of my concerns. I was treated with dignity and kindness. I was relieved to be able to leave with confidence that I’m ok and the support of everyone. I was not forced out but given the option to go home which I did. I suffer with ptsd and the healthcare staff were informed and gave me the support I needed. I believe things are improving in our healthcare system. But most of all my dr was just the most kind and professional woman I have ever met. I thank her especially for everything.

The ICU Nurses team and staff are some of the best i've ever experienced. They are real people, helping real people. All kind, soft, considerate and caring, very competent and professional while still being easy going and down to earth. Care focused and true gems of humans. I will forever be grateful for them all saving my sister, not just with medical care but with human care. Thank you! And to the night RN Haley who saved me personally as i was having a panic attack while visiting my sister in ICU, thank you! Over the top kindness will find its way back to you. Elaina
