“Hier, je cherchais un opticien pour faire remplacer les verres d'une monture cassée par une paire identique trouvée en ligne. M. Pascal Aoudé a immédiatement pris les deux montures et a monté les verres sur les nouvelles. Il m'a également dit qu'en cas de nouveau problème, il pourrait adapter les verres sur une monture similaire qu'il avait en stock. Dans un monde où la société de consommation nous submerge, trouver une personne aussi dévouée au service plutôt qu'au profit, surtout en cette période de difficultés financières, nous redonne espoir en l'humanité. Mon mari, qui m'attendait dans la voiture, a dit : « Désormais, ce sera notre opticien. » Yesterday I was looking for an optician simply to replace the lenses in a broken frame with an identical pair I found online. Mr. Pascal Aoudé immediately took both frames and fitted the lenses into the new ones. He also told me that, should I have another problem, he could fit the lenses into a similar frame he had available. In a world where consumerism is consuming us, finding someone with such a dedication to service above profit, especially at a time when personal finances are strained, gives us hope to continue believing in humanity. My husband, who was waiting for me in the car, said, "From now on, he'll be our optometrist." Merci.. Thanks.. Gracias!!”

“I visited pascal optician for an eye examination and to purchase new glasses, and I’m very impressed with the entire experience. The eye test was thorough, and the optician explained the results clearly, making me feel confident about my new prescription. The staff helped me pick out frames that fit well and matched my style, and the pricing was fair. My glasses were ready quickly and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone needing eye care or new frames, it’s An amazing store and family ( family business ) Bravo 👏”

“10/10 experience. I came in for an eye exam and new glasses and the whole process was smooth and quick. The team was super helpful in guiding me through picking the right frames, and I was actually able to do everything on the spot—eye exam, choosing frames, and even getting my new glasses the same day. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!”

“I was referred to Pascal Aoudé and I would NOT refer anyone to this optician. I have severe migraines and told Pascal and his wife that I needed to ensure my glasses were suited and fitted to prevent further migraines. I was handed my new driving glasses, told to 'try' them (basically put them on and look around the store) and then my reading glasses and again, handed me a piece of paper to read and they said 'great you are all set to go'. Both sets of glasses are causing TREMENDOUS pain when wearing them and I attempted to address them about this. They told me that my glasses were fitted to my face and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Both pairs of glasses are useless to me now because of the pain they cause me and when I asked them for a refund because of the poor care and professionalism as was told they did everything they needed to but would let me come back to 'fix' them. I paid $1800 for two pairs of glasses that are now useless to me. DO NOT GO to this optometrist office, they will fleece you and all they care about is the money in their pockets.”

“I’m disappointed with the after-sales service. After paying for my glasses in full, I simply wanted to get clear information about my order (details about the lens treatments, warranty, etc.). Unfortunately, the staff was rude and defensive, as if asking questions was a problem. I was only trying to understand what I had purchased so I could make informed decisions in the future. This kind of information is important to me, especially as a customer who has already paid everything. I was expecting more respectful and professional service.”

“It was amazing experience. This was my first time with them. I lost my glasses and urgently needed a pair. I called them and explained them my situation. They were kind enough to accommodate me the same day. After my eye testing, I was given my glasses in the next few minutes. The prices are reasonable too. I am highly satisfied and recommend them for eye testing and purchasing new eye-wear.”

“Pascal Aoude Opticien and all the staff are phenomenal. All the clinicians are friendly and take their time. No rush, very patient. I couldn’t decide on a frame and I was in the store for over 30 minutes, I never felt rushed. I’ve been wearing glasses for a long time and I have been going to many different Optometrist, never have I seen this kind of service. A+. Friendly staff, patient staff and very knowledgeable staff. and the amount of stylish frames are endless. Thank you Pascal & Natalie and everyone who helped me choose my beautiful glasses.”
