“I’ve been seeing Dr. Heather Hay for orthotics for several years and have always appreciated her care and willingness to help her patients. My most recent pair of orthotics was more aggressive than previous sets, and within a few months I developed significant plantar fasciitis that left me in considerable pain. After my physician suggested having my orthotics reassessed, I returned to see Dr. Hay and explained what I had been experiencing. She kindly offered to send the orthotics back for adjustments and indicated she would take care of it for me. About a week later, I received an email that they were ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was advised by reception that I would need to pay an assessment fee. This came as a surprise and contradicted what I understood from my appointment with Dr. Hay. Unfortunately, when I questioned it, I found the interaction at the front desk to be dismissive rather than empathetic. I understand fees may apply in some circumstances, but unexpected charges and poor communication are frustrating, especially when you’ve already been dealing with months of pain. I remain grateful to Dr. Hay for her kindness, but this experience has left me hesitant to return.”

I came into see her for a firing pain in my feet and she thoughtfully assessed my symptoms and showed me digitally what was going on that was causing my pain. A variety of solutions were offered to address the symptoms. Highly recommend visiting her for any foot-related issues.”

She was solely responsible for figuring out the cause of my chronic motion sickness and vertigo, and seeing her regularly has drastically improved my physical health. “Dr. Heather Hay and her team at Parkway Back are great. I had some problems with my right hamstring and Dr. Hay let me know what I should do and now it’s feeling almost as good as new. I appreciate how she educates her patients with what is happening with her spine model and teaches you how the spine works and where the issues flare up and why they do. If looking for a chiropractor, I’d recommend her. 2022 Update: Dr. Hay is still awesome and very helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend using her services.”
