“I had a fabulous experience at Parkview Dr. Hong and oxsanda were not only professional they were also very informative. They were sensitive to my needs and they both had Wonderful bedside manners. They made an uncomfortable situation of having a tooth extracted. A very positive experience The next day when I woke up I was amazed. I was in no pain. Didn't need any painkillers. I went to the office to personally thank them and took them a small token of my appreciation. I forgot to get the names of the receptionist but they were wonderful to me all the staff made everything like a seamless situation. They all work so well together for the common denominator which is us the patient. You can just feel the positive energy when you arrive at this establishment. The next step is my wisdom tooth has to come out. I'm not too thrilled about that, but I'm relaxed knowing when that day comes. “I'm a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. This place made me feel very comfortable. Friendly amazing people here. I was in and out in no time. With very little discomfort. They are sure on the ball here. No time to sit and think here. You are in and out so fast. And so many wonderful people to look after you. Thank you for making my day comfortable for me. “I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Hong and his very kind assistant. My fears were alleviated as soon as I sat in the chair due to their calm manner and reassuring words. They both made a stressful experience bearable. During the extraction I was informed often about what was happening and was always being asked how I was doing. Kudos to both.”Read moreShow less

“Parkview Oral Surgery did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth! Dr Bhatti is fast during surgery and it was over before I knew it. “I attended a consultation today for wisdom teeth removal, and I would like to note that the doctor was excellent—professional, informative, and reassuring throughout the appointment. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. I was informed that a payment of $3,800 was required upfront, which caught me off guard. While I understand that advance payment is often necessary for procedures like this, I was not offered any payment plan options or alternatives. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled. I was told that other patients typically pay the full amount upfront, and I was advised to misrepresent my circumstances in order to qualify for a government dental program, despite the fact that I already have insurance coverage. I found this suggestion inappropriate and concerning. As a single parent, I had hoped for a more understanding and supportive approach, especially given the financial circumstances discussed. Unfortunately, I did not feel that any effort was made to explore reasonable solutions or accommodations. “Got all four of my wisdom teeth out and it took 12 minutes. I had ripped a stitch and they gave amazing advice over the phone and even took me in for a check up. Then when I had some issues with healing, they took me in to do a gum cauterization. They always showed me images of my teeth and explained everything. I now have no issues whatsoever. Thank you SO much! This is definitely the best place to go if you need oral surgery, I highly recommend them.”Read moreShow less
