From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who knew my name right away, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Their professionalism and courtesy are truly commendable. Dr. Joo is outstanding, he takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I fully understand each step of the process. What I appreciate most is how he listens to my opinions and preferences, making me feel involved in my own care. Mira, the dental assistant, is another highlight of my experience. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and provides essential support to both Dr. Joo and patients like myself. Her kindness and attentiveness make a significant difference during visits. Lastly, TK is a fantastic coordinator, managing appointments seamlessly and always available to address any concerns I might have. “Park Place Dental gave me my smile back. I’ve had nothing but a great experience. They figure out the insurance for me. Dr Kent is super quick for Ortho inquiries and the staff are always super friendly, welcoming and truly care about concerns. Being picky, the ortho is only available every 3rd Friday so if something happens you’re waiting till then to see him. “Was so lucky to have found this place and get in for emergency appointment 40 min later! Was in tremendous pain . Great service as soon as we walked in, very professional and personable. The environment is clean and funky fresh every where you look. They are familiar and very accommodating in serving members of the Indigenous community.
