“First attempt at going to a councillor / psychologist in my life. Not a very good first impression. Booked an appointments with a Sabrina Reed. 2 days later my appointment had to be rescheduled with Paula Horn Zelmanovits because Sabrina was no longer available. It was rescheduled on the day of Oct. 31st. 2025 With Paula for the Day of Nov. 8th 2025 at 11:30am. Show up for an appointment 15 mins prior to start time that was booked. Door was locked, Very poor instructions on how to get inside. Receptionist was not around. Phone calls were ignored and door buzzer systems did not work as Intended. Very poor communication between psychologist and client. After 3 failed attempts at using the buzzer system in place I attempted a phone call with no response. After leaving the location a phone call was recieved from Paula Horn Zelmanovits asking if I would like to reschedule my appointment. With this already bad experience this was not something I would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for this treatment. It was greatly appreciated.”Read moreShow less
