“I had to wait quite a while as the receptionist was on the phone. The call must’ve been complicated. My appointment was late, but my pedicure was great. I really liked the provider. However the colour I chose was not even close to the swatch colour. She checked it out and I was told that the swatch had faded. She did offer to redo the color, but because my appointment had started late I just didn’t have the time to do that. So that was quite disappointing. I sure hope that you correct your colour swatch. It would’ve been nice to have been offered some compensation. Pedicures are very expensive here is my only other comment. There is even an extra charge for removing shellac polish. I paid $128 whereas I normally pay around 60 or 70. You are paying for the experience, which is normally quite nice overall.”Read moreShow less

“I had the Detox Marine Body Wrap scheduled with Kelsey. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The steam shower sounds basic, but it is far from it. “I received a gift card for $100. I decided to get a spa pedicure. I had to pay an extra $44 on top of that. Honestly it was nothing special that warranted that kind of money. I will never go back unless I get a gift card again. Update: half of my shellac polish came off one toe already, so ended up just scraping the rest off. Ugh it is what it is now. “I absolutely love this place. Not only was my hairdresser the one Ive been searching for my whole life, they have a chte selection of clothing as well. Chte summer dresses, tops and pants. Nice jewelry and a few purses, hats and scarves. I highly reccomend Aaron , he actually listens to what you say about how your hair is and reacts to being cut. He takes his time, is professional and corteous, and explains absolutely everything he is doing, and how to do it or use the product. Wonderful, only took 48 yrs, but finally found him.
