“This is my first time at physiotherapy, I went for treatment of a chronic issue. I have a physically demanding job, and because of that I wasn't optimistic that my issue could be fixed. I'm happy to say the staff proved me wrong. Easy to tell they have a true passion for what they do and that translates into their patient care/treatment. Will is a great physiotherapist who has shown amazing passion, knowledge and care towards my diagnosis and introduction into this spectrum of health. He has great energy and is also making sure that you're on the same page in terms of understanding what is going on. I highly recommend his services; above and beyond professional. Fits Toronto is an environment that I've never experienced before. Super professional with knowledgable staff and all the necessary equipment you can imagine. No matter how specialized the facility may seem for athletes, Fits Toronto made me feel like I was in the right place to be.”Read moreShow less

“My son has been working out at FITS for four years. After one year of working out at FITS my son moved from the middle of the pack in his sport being one of the best. Shortly after this success my son injured his knee and his ankle and underwent three reconstructive surgeries in less than a year. The physiotherapists at FITS worked in concert with the doctors and my son has been able to return to his sport after a two year hiatus. It is only because of the dedication of the FITS staff and the amazing program developed by Dr. Lam that my son has been able to return to his sport. There is no other program that supports its athletes and has the “science” behind athlete development the way that Dr. Lam and FITS does.”Read moreShow less

“FITS Toronto is a remarkable place to train. The facility is great. I've been going to FITS for about 3 months now and its just been a great experience overall. FITS helped me create a foundation that will help me achieve optimal success on the court. I have seen improvements in every athletic aspect from jumping to running to lateral quickness. Aside from the physical Improvements, mentally I've learned a lot. We always get a good explanation of the sports science behind our movements. The staff there is amazing. When you go to FITS you feel like you are apart of a big family. A key benefit of training at FITS is meeting and training with other athletes that have similar goals and aspirations. Strongly Recommended”Read moreShow less

“FITS Toronto is at the top of my list, when it comes to physiotherapy and strength training. I’ve been to many different physiotherapy and strength training clinics, and none can compare to what FITS provides. The staff at FITS are very knowledgeable, supportive and very helpful. Lori Silver has provided me with an effective exercise plan, along with close supervision to ensure proper technique. The benefits of the service and knowledge provided have not gone unnoticed. I have benefited greatly from FITS, and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. I would recommend it to all athletes looking to take their training to the next level.”Read moreShow less

“As a professional athlete I have never met a more attentive team as the FITS team. They have not only helped me recover through serious injury but they have also helped me make huge gains in the gym and on the court. My workouts are sport specific and are tailored for my body type, either at home in Toronto or on the road. I would recommend FITS to any athlete looking to improve their game.”Read moreShow less

“I found my experience with FITS TORONTO to have been excellent. The space was very clean, organized and well thought out. The workout equipment that the gym is sporting is excellent for the crowd they are reaching out to. The trainers there are well educated, knowledgeable, and approachable. FITS TORONTO also seems to be technologically up to date with regards to video camera stations that are set up for taping movements, correcting posture and more. Overall, i was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience!”Read moreShow less

“FITS is the best gym I have been to so far. The trainers are very helpful and attentive, and they make sure the workouts work for you. I have improved so much in my sport because of the level of training and dedication that I have received from FITS. The staff is very friendly and I really like that all the workouts are fun! They use many different types of workouts that you wouldn't do in a "normal" gym. Highly recommended!”Read moreShow less
