“The staff of Paradise Animal Hospital are phenomenal. I have made four visits over the past two months with my very reactive 90lb dog and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. “Great experience meeting Dr. Lake as our regular vet was not available in as short notice as Dr. Lake was. Very kind doctor and knowledgeable. Rating 4/5 as we were sent home with no resolution to my dog having no bowel movement in 3 days, and had to call and then text to receive directions, even then the directions were not very clear, I am still not sure how long to try this Restoralax for before contacting the vet about X-rays. Also, the vet is a bit of a madhouse, and it would be great to have a separate area for highly anxious sick dogs. Overall tho, great service from Dr. Lake, wonderful bedside manner, he seems to genuinely care for the patient.”Read moreShow less

“The staff and vets at this location are amazing, they are friendly and very helpful. We came from across the province to obtain a ultrasound for our dog, we first went to another vet but we weren't greeted with open arms and decided to go elsewhere and glad we did. “Been going here now for a year with both of my animals! Dr. Emily Tucker is really kind and caring for the animals and explains everything in great detail. The staff is also amazing. “All of the staff and Dr. Nicol were fantastic to deal with! Provided fantastic care to my dog. My dog has always been nervous at the vet but did so well with him! All the girls at the front desk were so sweet and treated patients with the utmost care!”

“I'd like to affirm the care I experienced at Paradise Animal Hospital in the Walk-In Clinic. The wait was long but to be expected as the triage determined that Keely's wounds weren't as critical as other clients. The front desk concern was much appreciated. I'd like to commend Rae in particular as she took a personal interest in Keely and making sure we had everything we needed while we waited. It made the wait feel shorter than it was. Dr. Tucker was also very thorough and concerned about Keely. I truly felt we were cared for and the outcome feels like he'll continue to have a reasonably good quality of life for another while. “I contacted Paradise Animal Hospital for help with my 11 year old dog on a Friday at 4pm. He was having an emergency and my primary wasn’t able to get us in. Paradise Animal Hospital accommodated us at the drop of a hat. Dr. Nicol was reassuring in her initial assessment, but wanted to be absolutely sure before she sent us home. The orthopaedic surgeon that works alongside the team came back to work to assess my dog. I was SO impressed with their care and willingness to go above and beyond for us in an emergency, considering we had never even been there before. They heard my worry on the phone and sprung into action. My dog goes for acupuncture now and has shown more improvement with the acupuncture than he has with medications! I’m so grateful that Paradise Animal Hospital helped me that day, and I’m so happy that my boy is improving. Dr. Meister is very gentle and kind to my dog while she is conducting his acupuncture.
