“I recently completed a treatment plan at Panther Sports Medicine in Cranston for chronic neck pain, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I worked specifically with Bayo Adebayo, who is an exceptional physiotherapist. From the first appointment, Bayo was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. He took the time to explain every part of the assessment and treatment, ensuring I understood the "why" behind the exercises and techniques he used. This transparency made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the plan he designed for me. I also noticed that he maintained this same high level of care and attentiveness with every other patient in the clinic. By the end of my recommended sessions, the pain in my neck was completely gone. Beyond the clinical care, the entire experience at this location was excellent: The Staff: Every person I encountered was welcoming and kind, creating a very positive environment. Value: Their rates are very competitive compared to other clinics I have visited in the past. Quality of Care: While there are other physiotherapy clinics much closer to my home, the quality of treatment I received from Bayo and the team made the extra drive absolutely worth it. “I was in a car accident in May, and was booked in here by my insurance adjuster. I was very anxious as I had never been to physio or even had a massage previous to this, but I needn't have worried because everyone was incredible. Bayo did my physio and helped a lot with the level of pain I was having in my neck and shoulders. He's hilarious and super easy going, and I looked forward to coming in for the jokes alone. I gave him a hard time about the needling and the "homework," but both were super helpful, and I still utilize them. I also had a couple of massage sessions with Erin, and she was lovely. I always left feeling super relaxed and less tense. Finally, last but not least, is the incredible receptionist Kerri. She is an absolute gem, and her presence really lights up the clinic. She made me feel so welcome the moment I walked in the door, and I really treasured her warmth and goofiness. I'm terrible at goodbyes, and I was feeling almost back to my old self thanks to the efforts of everyone involved, so I ended my sessions a bit earlier than originally planned. “I was referred to this clinic after my motor vehicle accident in 2023. Initially, I was hesitant since the therapist was male, but Bayo quickly put me at ease with his professionalism and respect for privacy. The clinic has been very accommodating with appointment scheduling, and Keri is excellent at handling direct billing with my insurance. Jes has also been a ray of sunshine, always ready to assist with anything I need. Bayo is not only highly knowledgeable but also friendly, understanding, and caring—plus, he has a great sense of humor. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my mobility since starting treatment. I’m truly grateful to the entire team for their exceptional care and support. They prioritize patient well-being and create a welcoming environment, making each visit a positive experience. “Had a pleasant experience at this clinic. My daughter was treated by Bayo and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He was very knowledgeable, personable, funny and put my daughter at ease as she was initially not keen on doing physio. We also had Jessica assist during the treatments and she was awesome.
