“I went here back in 2016 or so, for my lower back. It was at another location then, but I have recently returned because of the service I receive from Brett, for my neck. The new location is nice and open, has more windows and is spaced quite well between beds. I returned because Brett takes the time to listen to your complaints and also takes time to get to know you a bit which is nice. Amazing treatment, very knowledgeable and won't talk down to you at all. I hate to give it such a glowing recommendation because then more people will go 😆 but honestly its worth it! They are great from front desk staff to the treatment and beyond! Great parking, good times available, but you do have to book them in advance as space fills up quickly. I go first thing before work which is very convenient! I could have chosen to go after work, however, it would have been with another therapist, and I am spoiled with Brett. So I went with who I knew, but I am sure they are all great there.”

“Incredible staff…polite, hilarious, well spoken…but no treats! Riley is amazing & is beyond gentle! Came in due to auto accident, where both menisci were torn from the root. Only solution, unfortunately, is knee replacement surgery. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring physio. .”

“Booked a 7 am appointment a week in advance. They called me 30 minutes before and told me that my booking was canceled due to a sick call. I called in and they could not accommodate me for the same day. Awful first impression, will not be booking with this company again.”

“Friendly ladies at the front desk that get answers to all your questions. Knowledgeable physio therapists with great programs and they email you your exercises if you need a reminder. On arrival, the hot towel to relax your injured area prior to treatment is a great way to relax. Following the session with the therapist, they offer an eletrical nerve stimulation (think a professional Dr HO's TENS). Panther is the best WCB approved physio therapists I've been to.”

“I've been coming to the Mckenzie Towne Panther Sports Medicine location since 2022 for a MVA and moat recently for post knee surgery physio. Brett has been my physio through all of it, and he has been phenomenal. His attention to detail and wanting to know about his patients lifestyles to help create custom programs to get them were they want to be is incredible. He never makes you feel rushed or like he doesn't have time for you. I've used both of their massage therapists and they are incredible as well. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. They greet you with a smile and there is rarely a wait to be taken care of. Great place. Highly recommend!”

“I honestly can't say enough about this place or the wonderful people that work here! My main experience has been with Liz but every member of staff with whim I've come into contact has been fantastic (from reception to owner). I feel safe and comfortable going there, nobody judges me for being an abysmal klutz and Liz (who it would seem is part physio therapist, part psycho therapist and short term best friend!) inevitably has me leave feeling ten times better than I did going in. Thank you all for your excellent care, I really appreciate it”

“I can’t say enough amazing things about Liz! She is always professional, sweet & so relaxing to see. She listens & asks questions in regards to the uncomfortable sharp pain. She genuinely cares about my recovery and has been very hands on with my left shoulder & lower back. She listens to my concerns and deals with them with clear instructions for exercises or stretches. She is very good with the IMS needling, which if you have had it, is extremely uncomfortable, but Liz is super gentle and very calming. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone & am so grateful to have her on my journey post Car accident. I appreciate you Liz !!”

“I have been seeing Brett for well over a year now after a car accident left me with significant injuries. Brett is not only an incredible physio but also extremely kind, supportive and genuinely cares. Working with him and his talented team has helped me regain not only physical strength but the confidence to believe in myself and that on the days I struggle to see that they remind me they do. I have been lucky enough to see Liz for pelvic floor therapy as well as Cole for massage. Their knowledge, expertise and advice has helped ease my pain significantly and to gain an understanding of my injuries and the tools I need to progress. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist , I can’t recommend Panther McKenzie Towne and the entire team enough. Jensen and Tiff make every appointment feel like home.
