“Had a substance get stuck in my eye and needed urgent care. Phoned in and got an appointment same day explaining my situation. They got me in quick and went straight to doing checks. “We took our 2 year old to this place for eye checkup and they really provided a good care. Made her really comfortable for entire eye check process. Really very good option for getting your child checkup process. Highly recommend this place.”

“I loved how detailed and thorough Dr Rai was when checking my eyes and daughter. Asides that she was patient and nothing seemed rushed. “I have been to a handful of optometrist office and I had one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Rai was so educational and comforting, I learnt so much about my eyes in that session. It was the most comprehensive exam ive received, I would recommend Dr.Rai to anyone who needs their eyes checked and wants to understand the full process in details. I will definitely be going back for any eye information or health concerns. The staff as well were amazing and very kind through the process, everyone on the team left me feeling fulfilled and informed in the end. “I have been working with Dr. Law and Alex for vision training, and I cannot speak highly enough of their expertise. They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and have genuinely helped me understand my condition. The clinical care here is truly top-tier. \\\However, there is a stark contrast between the clinical team and the administrative staff. The communication from the front desk has been consistently disappointing. When inquiring about the status of my order, I am met with repetitive, generic responses rather than any real effort to verify the actual status. For a clinic that provides such advanced and personalized care, the administrative experience feels surprisingly impersonal and dismissive. “Very welcoming and fantastic team. Everything always goes very smoothly here. The only downside is that the frames are very expensive, but that's a minor nitpick as you can always take your prescription elsewhere to purchase glasses”

“I had a disappointing experience with this optometry shop, specifically around how they handled my frame. I brought in a special frame for lens installation, and unfortunately, it was mishandled and broken during the process. What was more concerning than the damage itself was the response. Instead of taking ownership and showing genuine accountability, the team focused on pointing out the waiver I had signed. While I understand policies, customer experience is defined by how situations are handled & not deflected. This raises questions about the level of care and professionalism when dealing with customer-owned, high-value frames. To be fair, the eye exam experience was positive. The doctor was thorough, patient, and did a great job with my kids. However, when it comes to handling your frames, I would strongly advise caution—essentially, you are leaving them at your own risk.”Read moreShow less
