“Panda Pilates is a wonderful place to learn Pilates, especially with Brenda. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to each person’s posture, alignment, and movement. Her teaching style makes the 1-1 class feel comfortable while still being effective and challenging. I really appreciate how Brenda explains each movement clearly and helps correct technique in a supportive way. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere, and the sessions feel well-structured for building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. I would highly recommend Panda Pilates and Brenda to anyone who wants to learn Pilates properly and feel more confident in their body.”

“The only reason I’m giving one star is for the polite attitude. I was extremely dissatisfied with Ray’s treatment. I came in with a stiff neck and shoulder, but after the session, I felt even more pain and did not feel relaxed at all. The treatment was too gentle and did not help my condition. It was not as good as the Google reviews suggested. Unfortunately, I do not recommend spending money on this RMT therapy. —— Updated: The clinic manager reached out to me right away and helped arrange a therapist who was a better fit for my condition. I really appreciate the support, and I’m feeling much better now.”

“I have the best experience with Rosita for the IV treatment. My vein is small and it usually quite painful for me. However, Rosita can insert the needle for me without any discomfort. She was very caring and attentive making me feel relaxed and comfortable during the treatment. I would highly recommend her for any naturopath service”

“Hi folks, today I’d like to share my experience of Burnaby location of the Panama Clinic and their services. First of all it’s almost 5 years since I started to have their amazing RMT, physio and Chiropractic services. Their practitioners and specialists are super professional, knowledgeable and caring plus the office are super supportive and helpful. Today I went there and I had this pleasure to have my RMT session with this wonderful lady Wei (Rainie) Hu for the first time, oh my gosh, she’s amazing, super professional, kind and respectful. You should feel her energy and golden fingers when touching your body, I can say it was one the best session I’ve ever experienced in my RMT experience. Don’t miss her artistic talent. “If you’re looking for a place with excellent massages and a truly skilled therapist, don’t waste your time searching elsewhere. I highly recommend Ali Mokhtari Amirmajdi at Panda Clinic (Metrotown location). I’ve been getting massages for a long time, but after meeting Ali at Panda Clinic, I truly feel like I’ve experienced the best massage ever. After work, my body is always tired and tense, and Ali really knows how to release that tension. His massage skills are clearly different from other therapists. Even though it must be physically demanding to massage for such a long time, you can feel his sincerity and dedication throughout the entire session. He is truly amazing. Compared to other places I’ve tried, this clinic stands out as the best. As long as Ali is here, I think I’ll keep coming back only to this place. Yesterday, I slept in a bad position and could barely turn my neck, but after the massage, it felt so much better. Thank you so, so much, Ali. Panda Clinic is very kind and professional.
