“I’ve had an amazing experience at Palmdale Health Centre. Nishi is an exceptional physiotherapist — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping her patients recover and improve. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and creates treatment plans that actually make a difference. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ progress and well-being. Jeil is also an outstanding massage therapist. Professional, skilled, and attentive, every session leaves me feeling significantly better. The treatments are both relaxing and effective, and he always makes sure to focus on the areas that need the most attention. I also want to give a special mention to Madiha at reception. She is always welcoming, friendly, and organized, making every visit smooth and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Excellent customer service all around. “I took my mom for a couple of physiotherapy sessions with Garima at Palmdale Health, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Garima was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, making my mom feel completely at ease during every session. She explained the exercises clearly and provided personalized treatments that worked wonders. My mom absolutely loved the experience and feels so much better now. “I have been a client of Palmdale Health Centre on Bloor Street for the last 12 years and I plan to continue coming at this new location on Kingston Rd. Nicoleta is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I was impressed with her efficient, professional, and attentive approach. “I've known Nicoleta since 2007 when I had my first massage therapy session for my back pain at her clinic on Bloor Street. Great experience, a lot of power in a small body. She's been treating me since and I am very thankful. The new clinic she opened recently on Kingston Road is amazing.
