“I have had the best RMT with MR Suresh. But unfortunately with an incident happened today with the girl who’s working in the front office, I don’t think I will go here again. I had my insurance coverage and my name was tricky in that. Instead of making it work she refused to try. I said this is not the first time I came here but she said she cannot do that. Then I let her talk to one of the agents in my insurance company which she refused at the first time. I ended up paying from my pocket and she was very rude as she s forced to do her job. Finally she talked to someone from her end (which she could do in the first place) within 2 minutes she said it’s going through and she wants me to have a refund and let my insurance company handle it. My appointment is for 30 mins but I ended up staying there for one hour. She was rude and I couldn’t imagine you hired someone like that to do customer care. I was very polite in the whole scenario and then I left this place thinking that I will never gonna come here. But I will definitely miss Suresh, hopefully I can get his treatments somewhere else. Date - 09 June 2026 Appointment time - 3.20pm”

“I recently visited Pain Pro North Surrey Citycentre for a 45-minute session with Daniel Clark, and it was honestly one of the best massage therapy experiences I’ve had. From the start, Daniel took the time to understand what I was going through and what I needed, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The entire session felt thoughtful and tailored, and I walked out feeling significantly better. I’ve had numerous massage therapy sessions over the past couple of years, but this one truly stood out as the best so far. The overall experience, from communication to treatment quality, was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and am also interested in trying their other services like acupuncture and chiropractic care. Highly recommended.”
