“I highly recommend Arminder as an RMT. He is very professional, experienced, and attentive to his patients' needs. He was able to quickly identify the areas causing my pain and adjust his technique accordingly. “I went for a finger injury to physiotherapist Vidhi Patel and she did a great job in understanding the issue, providing details around the injury prevention and importance of strengthening the affected area. “Vidhi Patel is the best physio I have ever been to. I stopped going to physio because no place could correct my shoulder pain. I tried other practitioners and other options with no results. I circled back to give one last try and the results have been life changing. My pain is virtually gone. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she walks you through what is happening and why it happened. “Customer Service Concerns at South Surrey Location ⭐ 1/5 Three months ago, my feet were measured for custom orthotics. As of today, the order still has not been placed. What is most concerning is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of follow-through. Over the past week alone, I have made numerous calls to the South Surrey location. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable because they were with a client. I was repeatedly assured that the order would be placed “today” or “first thing tomorrow.” Those promises were never fulfilled, and no one proactively contacted me with an update. I have attached my call history to demonstrate the extent of my efforts to resolve this matter. A customer should not have to repeatedly chase a clinic for months to have a basic order processed. I was previously a customer for foot massage services and intended to purchase my orthotics through this clinic. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for future services, nor will I be proceeding with my orthotics order here. This review is being left in the hope that upper management becomes aware of the breakdown in customer service, communication, and accountability at this location. No customer should have to spend months waiting while receiving repeated assurances that are never acted upon.”Read moreShow less

“Highly recommend this clinic! I’ve had my initial treatment with Kushboo for Physio- she was extremely helpful and i didn’t realize how effective the dry needling would be! I’ve also had couple chiro treatments with Raman- she has great energy & has been working on my shoulder. She showed me ways to rebab and work on strengthening while dealing with the healing journey. I recently had my first RMT with Arminder, my main focus has been my shoulder and neck pains. His years of experience, very personable nature made the experience comfortable and i was finally able to get a good nights sleep after days of horrible pains! “I had been struggling with severe shoulder pain for quite some time—it was affecting my sleep and everyday activities. At one point, my mobility was very limited and the pain was intense. I’ve had one treatment so far with Dr. Poonam, and I can honestly say it made a world of difference. The relief in both pain and tension was incredible.
