“Huge shoutout to Kirsten, the RN today was incredible with our babies vaccines. We had a not so great experience with a training nurse last time and this time we felt loved, appreciated and supported. Give this woman a raise.”

“Came here for our routine infant vaccinations. Our nurse Meghan was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We felt super taken care of! Very happy with all of the resources and information given to us. A huge thank you to her!”

“I called to the phone number it says there and the person attending the phone didn't even listen my question and hung up after literally 4 seconds. Called 3 more times and the same happened. Nurses are great though, but receptionist? Not at all.”

“Staff were friendly and location was clean. Came here for infant immunization and the nurse administering the vaccines was not at all knowledgeable regarding the medications. She did not know answers to basic questions such as - does the rotavirus vaccine protect for life? Why can’t you get the rotavirus vaccine after 8 months old? The nurse was looking up information on Google to try and find answers and was just reading off top Google article excerpts to us.”Read moreShow less

“Recently we had good experience with Vancouver Costal Health Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre. We had friendly phone assessment with Mary. Case manager Chris visited us and responsively deal with our issues. James came to see us for financial assessment. He had wonderful patience to answer our questions. Physiotherapist Tony nicely helps with my husband’s exercise. We received excellent service from Vergie and Marilyn from Home support South team. “If you are going there for your child to get a immunization shot, they open until 6. My appt was 530 and i tried to call them after 4 to make sure but google says they close at 330 and they didnt pick up my call. So i missed my appt and had to reschedule tmr. Long story shorts, they open until 6. So if u have an appt after 330, no worries about their closing time on google.”Read moreShow less
