“Visited on May 27 for a massage. After about an hour, I was told it was only a half-body massage and that I needed to pay for an additional hour for a full-body session. Since the treatment, I have experienced significant pain on the left side of my back for the past 6 days, making it difficult to work. “Pathetic people. If you like their service , they forcefully ask you a tip and then increase price in every visit along with reduction of service time. “I had an excellent experience at this massage clinic. Lee was my massage therapist, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Lee was highly professional, attentive to my concerns, and ensured the pressure and technique were perfectly suited to my needs. I truly appreciated the care taken to make the session both relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling significantly less tense and very refreshed. Fionah at the front desk was equally professional and welcoming. She was courteous, organized, and made the check-in and booking process smooth and pleasant. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is calm, clean, and well-managed. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and professional staff. “Never mind the massage but they ask for TIP at the end which is not really necessary. I mean if a person likes the service they will definitely give the tip but they were asking from the front when I was paying. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much of the cash and only $20. But it’s doesn’t make sense to get massage for $60 and pay $20 extra as a tip at the end🙄”Read moreShow less

“I went in for a hot stone massage and the front desk staff were very friendly. During the massage the therapist made a body related comment saying “you’re so skinny, do you eat meat?” which made me uncomfortable and took away from the relaxing experience. Comments like this are not appropriate in a professional setting. This was just my experience and I’m sure others may have had better ones.”Read moreShow less
