The environment was calm and relaxing, and Dalyce was incredibly skilled, attentive, and caring. She really listened to what I needed and gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling refreshed and grateful — and honestly, I regret not giving Dalyce a bigger tip because she truly deserved it. I’m 100% coming back! “I was a client and after a car accident and complete incompetence with the owner, I highly recommend others do not use this facility. I was in a car accident and needed my file for SGI. The owner personally told me over email that she does not have any records! I seen this massage therapist before the accident and was shocked no records were kept. After going through my own emails I was able to show some proof that she did in fact have my file but would not release it to me or my lawyer. She wrote a note that was falsified and then we ask for the actual note. Reluctantly she released the note which showed her letter to be wrong and fabricated. She was clearly upset that she was caught doing illegal activity and poor administrative work and tried to charge 3x the normal wage for releasing notes. I paid her in a cash cheque and she then sad after two weeks that I didn't pay her. I have now paid her twice and will be reporting her to the RMT Association. I am beyond shock from this type of behavior and I truly hope others do not personally bare witness to the owner or this establishment for their health and safety is at risk.”
