“Had an amazing first Osteopathy session with Jennifer today at Oxford Wellness. I’ve been looking for a service to work on my unhealthy fascia and Jennifer delivered! I think this service did more than my chiro and massage have done combined! Jennifer was very friendly and personable. She seems very intuitive and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. The little bit of info i provided on the intake form was helpful I’m sure but once i lay on the massage table Jennifer knew exactly what i needed based on my posture! Casual conversation wasn’t forced at all and she explained everything she was doing. We only had a 30-min session so she focused on my neck, jaw and clavicle. I suffer from chronic migraines due to stress and tension in my neck, jaw and shoulders. I left feeling clear of almost any tension, i could rotate my head/neck fully again and even open my jaw fully!! She even opened my ears up!
