“New patients to this dentist. Initial exams today were nice and thorough, hygienists and dentist. Ladies at the front were very cheerful, welcoming and friendly. Glad this is our new dental clinic!”

“I chipped a front tooth, and Oxbury Family Dental got me in the same day. They were efficient, and the repair was excellent. While not everyone may get same-day service, their responsiveness and quality are top-notch. Another time, I had an appointment booked but needed to leave the province on short notice. They managed to fit me in the next day. Because of a recent knee surgery, they also helped coordinate clearance from my surgeon that same day. The staff was friendly and efficient—after my cleaning, they even handled three fillings right after. Great experience all around!”Read moreShow less

“I got to give the dental office a great review. I had a tooth pulled out and it they were very good at making sure the area was numb. Even getting the needle was very good I didn’t feel any real pain. Even when tooth was pulled I didn’t feel any pain. Had to ask if they had pulled it as I didn’t feel anything. Thank you for taking good care of me during my visit. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this location everyone is very nice to deal with.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Zhao and her team was thorough and meticulous. Explained what she is able to do up front when consulting. I feel at ease given the level of service provided. “Dr. Ballantyne was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly patient in explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Her expertise was obvious — she worked quickly while still being thorough and efficient. I would absolutely want her to continue being my dentist in the future.
