“From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly and professional front desk team. A special thank you to Julia, the best hygienist, for her exceptional care and attention to detail, and to Dr. Nazemi for the thorough and professional examination. I had been struggling with sensitivity in my upper teeth, and I’m happy to say that it has already improved after my first visit. I also have to mention the unique patient experience - being able to watch my favorite TV show on the ceiling-mounted TV while using the Sony headphones provided by the staff made the appointment surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable. “I recently moved to Burnaby and was looking for a new dentist when a friend recommended Ovation Dental Clinic. I'm so glad they did. The dental hygienist was thorough, gentle, and very detail-oriented. She took her time during my appointment and was genuinely pleasant to talk to, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I also had a check-up with Dr. Soroush, who was incredibly thorough. He even identified a cavity that had been missed by my previous dentist in Ottawa. When it came time to complete the fillings, the procedure was seamless, quick, and painless, and the results look excellent. The clinic also helped me get new retainers after my benefits were renewed, everything came out perfect. Another standout is their communication. The receptionists are responsive and organized, and I appreciate having the option to either call or text for appointments. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, modern, and beautiful. They have all the latest dental technology, and it is honestly one of the most comfortable dental clinics I've ever visited. “I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Doctor Soroush for years now, so when he left Dentistry 32 to open Ovation Dental, following him there was a no-brainer. And am I ever glad I did. Not only is Ovation Dental an beautifully designed and decorated dental clinic, it's also loaded with state of the art technology and dentists / dental hygienists who are on the cutting edge of the practice. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, to the point where after only 1 visit I already felt like I'd been coming there for years. This sort of friendly service is exactly what you need when you're about to go sit in a dentists chair and get a lengthy procedure done (or just a cleaning!) I have had the best interactions with hygienists, dental assistants, and my dentist Doctor Soroush at Ovation. In my life I've been to many (many) dentists, and Dr. Soroush is a cut above all the rest. As someone who needs regular dental attention, I'm so grateful I found him. And I'm now so excited that he's opened his own incredible dental clinic. I will be a patient for as long as they're around. Thanks team for the wonderful service. “I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up at Ovation Dental and had a great experience. The clinic is spotless and welcoming, and the staff are very professional. My hygienist (can't quite remember the name at the moment) was gentle and attentive, making the cleaning very pleasant. The dentist (Dr Niloufar) was excellent, she took time to address my concerns and helped me create a clear plan for a time-sensitive treatment.
