“I'm glad I made the choice to be with Outlook Optometry. Dr. Thomas is a great optometrist he is not only friendly but, he cares about his clients and it shows. Tanya and Erica are awesome they have been super friendly to me since day one. They have wonderful customer service. The help they give is amazing whether its on the phone or in person. Keep up the good work Outlook Optometry. I would recommend them and have in the past. They are NIHB approved but if your purchase is over the limit NIHB assists you do have to pay the balance. “We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Thomas as our son’s eye doctor. From the very first visit, Dr. Thomas was incredibly kind and patient. It’s not always easy for kids to sit through eye exams, but Dr. Thomas made it fun, engaging, and stress-free. He explained everything clearly—not just to us as parents, but to our son too, which we really appreciated. Dr. Thomas truly cares about their young patients and takes the time to make sure everything is done thoroughly and gently. “I have been attended to by Dr. Nguyen for about 5 years and I must say my visits have always been pleasant experiences - his staff are very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable about his profession and takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing during each step of the eye exam - he doesn't rush. “Dr. Nguyen has been an excellent Optometrist since I started seeing him a few years ago. He was very helpful in figuring out the ideal contact lenses for me, and he offered a trial of everything before I purchased. He went above and beyond once when I was about to travel and ran out of contacts right before; he set me up with comparable lenses in short order before I had to fly out.
