“Phenomenal experience here! My original appointment at their other location had to be cancelled due to equipment issues, but when I came in to browse frames, the staff kindly squeezed me in for an eye exam with Dr. Bhullar. Dr. Bhullar was excellent; very thorough, took his time, and explained everything clearly. The team also did an amazing job helping me choose frames and gave great recommendations. I’m really happy with what I ended up picking. They were also very efficient with insurance billing (I had three different plans), and handled everything seamlessly. The staff are incredibly kind and professional, and their eye exam technology seemed much more updated than other places I’ve been. Highly recommend :)”Read moreShow less

“I’m disappointed with my experience today. The hours online say the store is open until 6 PM. I arrived at 5:50 PM, but the door was locked. Staff inside saw me, yet no one came to open the door or explain anything. If closing procedures start earlier, it would really help customers if the posted hours were updated or a sign was placed on the door. “I’ve been coming to this eye clinic for over 3 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, patient, and welcoming, and the doctor takes the time to actually listen and explain everything clearly instead of rushing through appointments.
