“I chipped a tooth yesterday. They were able to squeeze me in between other patients this morning so that I wouldn't cut my tongue on it. They were also wonderful and accommodating on the day they were already booked full! Very appreciative of the help. ❤️”

“Excellent service. I had a broken tooth while on holiday. I was seen quickly, checked and given a rapid appointment for a filling. All staff are friendly, welcoming and technically excellent. I was very impressed. Would recommend.”

“I am so incredibly grateful to have found Otter Point Dental. They are currently the only clinic in all of Sooke accepting new patients, and I was lucky enough to get in right away due to a last-minute cancellation. My first visit was for a cleaning, and it was a great experience. My teeth look amazing! Bright, white, and all the browning is completely gone. I had my fillings booked shortly after that, which was another smooth and positive experience. I’m naturally very nervous with needles and being in a dental chair in general, but the entire staff here is wonderful. They are super at ease, chill, and down-to-earth, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. Every single person on the team is caring, calm, and just genuinely pleasant, happy people. The office itself is also beautiful and very clean, bright, and surprisingly quite large. I am so happy to be a patient here now. “Otter Point Dental has been absolutely amazing for our whole family. I brought my two toddlers (2 and 3) in for their first dental checkups, and Dr. Eric and our hygienist Riley made the experience so fun, comfortable, and positive. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and wonderful with children. Dr. Eric did an amazing job interacting and being playful during their visit with the kids. Riley our hygienist was equally wonderful. She made the visit so interactive and exciting for them by showing them how the tools worked and keeping the experience positive and fun from start to finish. I also switched to Otter Point Dental after having ongoing issues with a problem tooth/filling that two previous dentists couldn’t fully fix. Dr. Eric finally solved the issue, and I’m so grateful and relieved! The front staff and team members like Betty were also so warm and welcoming to my kids from the moment we walked in. “Our family moved to Sooke two years ago and last year we all were taken in by Otter Point Dental. We cannot praise them enough for their expert, compassionate, thorough and timely professional services. The clinic is very modern, supremely well equipped, and populated with professional and support staff who obviously care…and who obviously care for each other (great vibe in the clinic). We have had the pleasure of meeting many staffers…and both Dr. Enger and Dr. Nguyen (the two Dentists we have met) are first rate. I recently had a dental emergency and the team looked after me as quickly as possible and took great care to work with me re diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
