“Worse experience with a health professional i have ever had… Not only are the treatments of low quality/ineffective Johanne has permitted herself on numerous occasions to comment and berate me about my personal medical decisions and general health condition, even going as far as telling me that “not everyone is a team player” all this because i wanted to wait and see more data on the vaccines offered post pandemic justifying herself in saying that she wanted to see her grand children. She even threatened me that i would still be required to wear a mask after restrictions went away if i wasn’t vaccinated… As a Veteran who served this country 20 years. I found this profoundly unacceptable and borderline harassing. I have since switched to Paul Platt Physiotherapy and couldn’t be happier with with his services and courteous attitude.”Read moreShow less
