“If your looking for professional with a “family” feel optometrist then this is the place to go. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Da Silva was fantastic taking the time to explain and getting to know us. Can’t say enough positive words for Brenda in helping us choose the perfect glasses! “The office immediately got me an appointment for my “floaters.” The front staff actually called back to say I should not delay over the weekend and booked me within the hour. Dr. Flatt was very diligent in examining my eye and explained what was happening. The front reception staff were kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. I decided to choose glasses right then and there. Brenda recommended glasses for me and thoroughly explained the cost and then took the time to call me back recommending other glasses that she would order in. I have been going here since Dr. Code graduated and he is now retired! Outstanding service! Very glad we have these dedicated health practitioners.”

“Positives: Easy to secure an appointment, they offer later hours one day of the week which is nice. Good selection of frames. Negatives: After spending $800, and going back twice. I am overall extremely unhappy. My prescription is strong, and the frames I picked out my main concern was that they would look aesthetically unappealing as I was warned at a different place the larger frames would show a lot of lens . The woman (Barb) assured me, and thought I would be happy with the end result. I was very displeased at the result. They were extremely thick and noticeable. I paid another $90 to get them thinned out and there's not much of a difference. I didn't even get the original Tom Ford case they came in originally either (they sent me home with their brand case). My nose piece wasn't right, one was adjusted and by the time I got home I can notice the other isn't sitting right. All the small details matter. I won't be going back or recommending them in the future.”
