“Kirsten was fantastic with my toddler. She was gentle from the moment she met him and involved him in the massage process, asking questions and making sure he wasn’t tensed. He was very calm and fully relaxed, and that was the goal. Totally recommend!”

“My first experience was phenomenal. The staff are so kind and really take the time to understand you and your needs and tailor treatment accordingly. They explain everything thoroughly upfront and are open to answering any questions along the way. Entering the clinic brings immediate peace and relaxation, it's got all the right vibes! I can't believe I did not come sooner! My massage treatment was absolutely amazing. Ive never felt so relieved of back and knee pain with any other massage therapist. Michelle's hands are magic! This was also my first experience with osteopathy and it mirrors my experience with my massage. Can't wait to go back in 2 weeks!”

“Had my first RMT massage at Optium Wellness with Gia Kasper and it was such a great experience. She is very knowledgeable, especially with fascia work, and really understands pain points and pressure without overdoing it. I left feeling lighter, less tense, and honestly way better than I expected. Definitely recommend if you are looking for someone who actually listens to your body and knows what they are doing.”

“Michelle is so skilled. With the risk of more people booking her, she has done wonders for my decades of tmj. I also have neck issues (related and unrelated to tmj) that she has worked on, and given me much relief. Cannot recommend Otium enough. Clean, scent free (far as my allergies can tell), and so calming. Great place.”

“I had really bad neck and shoulder pain. I couldn’t sleep and took Advil for two days. Then I found Rhonda, and she honestly saved me! After just one session, my pain was gone. She really understands muscles — she can feel exactly where the problem is, and she has the strength and knowledge to fix it. I’m so happy and grateful I found her. Highly recommend!”
