It is recommended to complete the Intake form before-hand so we can have more time for assessment and treatment
Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours beforehand will be subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the session rate.
Treatments require clothing that allows the body to move freely. Jeans and heavy clothing should be avoided.
