Greetings, I’m Diane Swiderski, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Welcome to my home-based private practice near downtown Guelph. A sweet and soulful space for women (35 years and older) as you journey through your perimenopause-menopause-and-beyond eras! 🫶🏼
Osteopathic treatment helps to resolve imbalances in the body with a gentle, comprehensive approach in order to restore alignment, mobility, function and well-being. With over 25 years of manual therapy experience I offer a grounded, honest, human approach.

“I have had a long history of lower back problems from a car accident. In the past, I have used the services of a chiropractor as well as a massage therapist. Since starting with Diane, my back problems have been greatly improved. It is truly amazing how she can look at my stature and know right away what needs to be done. Her gentle touch can drastically adjust my alignment and I feel much better when I leave her office. Now I just have to go for a ‘tune up’ every few months.
