“Very helpful, encouraging, considerate and concerned staff. Most of the staff remembered my name and treatment plan/injuries despite having tons of patients and only attending once a week. “I’ve been attending OPARC since August 2025, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. My therapist is exceptional—very knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping me recover. They always take the time to explain treatments and ensure I’m progressing at the right pace. The gym area is always clean, well-equipped, and organized, making each visit comfortable and productive. The gym staff are fantastic—friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. They make sure I’m doing my exercises correctly and safely, and their encouragement keeps me motivated throughout my sessions. The front desk team is equally impressive. They are consistently welcoming, professional, and efficient. Booking appointments is quick and easy, and they are always accommodating when it comes to scheduling changes. “The staff was always so friendly! The appointment times were convenient and Jodi at the front desk always greeted with a smile! “I’ve had to come here on and off for the past couple years, and the idea of having to go somewhere else makes me nervous 😅 They have a clean, calm, inviting atmosphere and location, with helpful, knowledgeable and patient clinicians, reception and gym staff. “I have been getting Massage Therapy at Oshawa Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre since 2023. I have to say that Katie is the best MT they have! I wouldn’t get my massage with anyone else.
