“I met with Harsha at the clinic. He was easy to talk with and answered all my questions. The exercises he gave me are simple to do and take about 10 mins. a day. It was a good experience and I will definitely go back if needed”

“Thank you to Mital at Ortho Flex a very well educated Physiotherapist. My first visit was on May 5 She quickly diagnosed the issues with my back. I had a total of three Physio sessions. Before I saw Mital I had an extremely sore back and was blaming the pain on my mattress and ready to order a new mattress. I do not need a new mattress. I had relief after the first visit with the exercise program, she gave me. In subsequent visits, she has given me more exercises that have relieved the pain in my back even more. I can now go for walks and do yard work without a lot of discomfort plus I sleep a lot better at night. I suggest when you want relief from back pain visit Mital at Ortho Flex. I know she will give you exercises you may not want to do but I did most of them within her plan and they worked.”
