He helped me improve my posture, taught me proper exercise technique, and showed me how to move efficiently and safely. One of the things I appreciate most is how he makes you aware of the specific muscles you're engaging during each exercise, helping you build a stronger mind-muscle connection. “I have been going to origin since the day it opened. Brittany and Garrett are the best chiropractors I’ve ever come across. I have a long history of back pain. I occasionally get sciatic pain so bad it leaves me unable to walk. I limp in to the office and “walk” out feeling a lot better. By the second visit I’m brand new. I can not recommend the chiropractors at this office enough. Life changing!”

“I had a great experience with Jorden Smith Athletic Therapy. I came in with some hamstring problems that had been bothering me, and Jorden was fantastic from start to finish. The treatment itself was excellent and really helped relieve the tension and discomfort I was dealing with. What I appreciated most was the time she took to explain things and provide advice on exercises I can do going forward to prevent the issue from coming back. It made the whole experience feel very personalized and proactive rather than just a one-time fix. I left feeling much better and more confident about managing my hamstring health in the future.
