“My therapist name is Apurva Upadhyay, she is an expert therapist who knows what she is about. I had tight piriformis muscles, Apurva took great care of my, now all my pains are gone including nerve pain and my back is doing great ATM. I highly recommend 😊”

“After experiencing months of chronic shoulder pain, with numbness and secondary pain shooting down my arm, I finally decided to get help. The receptionist booked me with Joshua Bansale for Physio treatment and with Aaron Zamora for massage therapy. I cannot express how impressed I was with both of these professional young men. Their knowledge and application of their craft was perfect. I felt noticeable improvement with every session, and after a few months I was completely pain free and enjoyed full range of motion. I would recommend these two to anyone living with nagging or impairing pain. My only regret is not seeing them sooner.”

“This is the one place that fixed all my issues when it comes to physio. I had knee, wrist issues and was told by the doctor that it would only get worse. With consistent Physio I am now 95% back up back to normal. The staff are amazing and so friendly! I absolutely recommend this place!!!”
