“I've been going to see Dr. Russo for years. The atmosphere was always nice a calm. I was disappointed at my recent appointment. It was loud and a whole group of new people behind the main desk. The atmosphere was completely different. I know they have other optometrists in that day. I'm hopeful that the next time it'll be a bit more quiet. Other than the above the Optomists are excellent! “I have been going here for 15 years. I am dealing with Norm as he finds me the perfect glasses for my face. Though I lean to Norm, all the staff are helpful and kind. Dr. Russo has taken excellent care of my eyes and our whole family goes there. Their glasses are top quality & unique. “I have been a patient here for almost 30 years so it's high time for a review. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Doz is knowledgeable, skilled and one of the kindest, caring healthcare professionals I have ever been under the care of. From general exams to diagnosing, treating and monitoring my glaucoma he's never missed a beat. All the staff, many who have been there as long as I can remember are also so helpful and skilled. I can't say enough about the skill of the opticians in fitting, repairing and assistance with frame selections. “Larry in the dispensary is truly an amazing individual. He really took time with me to ensure I had options for my high prescription and explained the Zeiss photofusion and progressive lens options. I’m very pleased with my frames and glasses that include sunglasses and flash mirror. The measurements taken by Larry enabled the best progressive field of view and natural transition at different distances that I have had. I’m really amazed at how clear my vision is in these glasses. “This review is long over due. I have been going to the optometrist clinic for 24 years and have had nothing but the best experiences. More recently however I purchased a new pair of glasses. The staff are super supportive and helpful. They really do go the extra mile to make sure your glasses are the right fit for you. I was even able to return at any time for adjustments if I needed them. The staff are very calm, polite and professional. Dr. Dos is very friendly and excellent with kids and adults alike.
