“I recently had an eye exam and ordered new lenses here. The optometrist was very thorough and carefully checked my vision, which helped me get glasses that match my eyesight well. The eye exam fee was $150, which is a bit higher than some other places. However, I was able to save money by reusing my existing frames and only replacing the lenses (note: there is a $50 fee if you bring your own frames). They offer several lens options depending on the features you want, and the staff explained everything clearly so you can choose based on your budget and need. The service was excellent—everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wait time. Since I ordered three pairs (one pair of sunglasses and two progressive glasses), it took about three weeks. I guess if you choose lenses with additional features like progressive lenses or high-index compression, it may take longer. Overall, I would definitely come back to Opto V. “Today I needed an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very helpful. Called back and was able to fit me in . The doctor and all staff were very nice warm and professional. I was very happy with th doctor and the treatment. I would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. These guys got high-end technology (at the Pierrefonds location). The reception was cool- fixed my glasses after another store used anti-freeze on it. I didn't think it was possible, but my glasses are good-as-new.”
