“J’ai eu une très bonne expérience avec le Dr Savoie pour mon examen de la vue. Le service en optométrie était professionnel, courtois et satisfaisant. Cependant, mon expérience concernant l’achat de lunettes a été décevante. On m’a recommandé et vendu une monture qui s’est avérée trop lourde pour moi, causant un inconfort important et une pression douloureuse sur le dessus du nez. Lorsque je suis retourné pour un ajustement, on m’a informé que la monture n’était pas ajustable. Compte tenu du coût élevé des lunettes, cette réponse a été particulièrement décevante et ne correspondait pas au service après-vente auquel je m’attendais. Avec le recul, j’aurais apprécié recevoir davantage de conseils professionnels afin de choisir une monture mieux adaptée à ma morphologie et à mon confort. J’ai eu l’impression qu’on me vendait davantage un produit qu’on me guidait réellement vers le bon choix. Lorsque j’ai soulevé le problème, on m’a mentionné que trop de temps s’était écoulé avant de le signaler. Toutefois, si j’ai tardé à le faire, c’est parce que je ne portais pas régulièrement les lunettes au départ et j’ai finalement cessé de les utiliser en raison de l’inconfort. Je recommande le Dr Savoie pour les examens de la vue. Cependant, en ce qui concerne les lunettes, je suggère de bien s’assurer que la monture choisie convient réellement à vos besoins, à votre confort et qu’un bon suivi soit offert après l’achat. “Dre Savoie is on a vacation as is her staff. They answered a text I sent to arrange an appointment upon their return. Sonia Doucet got in touch with me to make sure I was okay. I needed a prescription. Not only did Sonia take care of me but contacted Dre Savoie. She called me and I have my prescription!! This care is above and beyond. “Staff is very friendly, but my last 2 visits were terrible. They didn't cut my lense properly the first time so they had to order them again. Second time I went it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get them cut and installed when I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes.”Read moreShow less

“I was admitted on the same day I applied. Everything inside is very clean, with a beautiful interior. The clinic staff is friendly, and the doctors are attentive. The appointment itself didn't take much time, and they explained everything clearly.”
