“I scratched my cornea and was in discomfort all day so I decided to visit an optometrist to make sure there’s no signs of infections. When i get there, they were supposedly closed at 3 or 3:30 PM, however due to high volume of appointments, they were still open. When i went in and told them i scratched my cornea, Parveen at the desk didn’t turn me away and helped me see the doc right away to make sure it is just a scratch. “One of the best teams here at Optiview. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Sharma is an excellent local Doctor and very accommodating. I've heard good feedback from a friend about Dr. Sidhu as well, my close friend had a heavily irritated eye and Dr. Sidhu was able to prescribe him something that started working instantly to help his eye. “Please stop booking appointments without patient’s approval first! This is not a good practice to do so! Even if it’s done automatically by your software - you should disable that function - unless patient agrees for that! What happens if a patient does not come to that auto-booked appointment? You will charge that patient $50 for no show? That’s what your cancellation policy says on your website (image attached). Please follow up first, and ask if patient wants the appointment in the first place.”Read moreShow less

“Hands down one of the best eye appointments I’ve had. Dr. Sharma was patient and didn’t rush the appointment. He’s got an impressive amount of knowledge and went over all the options for my complex issues (presbyopia, astigmatism, near sightedness), including those that weren’t financially beneficial to his practice. “Very impressed with Optiview Eye in Scottsdale! Impressions: my first eye exam in a good while - their facility has modern equipment I hadn’t seen before and the attending optometrist was incredibly thorough and patient while determining my new prescription. Great service. They carry a good selection of quality frames and they had my preferred 1950’s brow line horn rims available. Wearing them home, I compared them to my previous pair and these are much sturdier and better quality; my old glasses feel like costume spectacles or drug store reading glasses compared to the quality pair I wore home today. “The staff is supportive and very professional. The doctor is very competent and professional. He answered all my questions and explain details about the eye exam. I am visiting this clinic for over four years for myself and family as well. They have a quality product at a reasonable price. My all kids were examined 4 years ago and they are feeling very well no problem at all, same with my self. “Dr. Sharma is great with kids! My 3 year old is generally scared of seeing doctors but she completed all the tests required and didn't need glasses. I would definitely recommend this office especially if your kids need eye exams.”
