“My service at Optimum Wellness has been phenomenal. From the receptionists to Dr. Toni, just the best services. I came in to get acupuncture for my knee which was causing me pain whenever I’d bend it. He listened to my issues and was able to not only explain each sharp point but also how it connected to the rest of my leg. I’m having him treat me for migraines as well and so far I’m happy with the results. “Disappointing experience. My treatment area was an open space next to the reception separated from the next patient by only a curtain, not ideal when you’re discussing personal health issues. The two ladies beside me were speaking so loudly that any sense of privacy was gone. To make things worse, there was an error on my bill. When I pointed it out, the receptionist tried to improvise an explanation instead of simply checking. Another staff member eventually told her to call support, which fixed the issue later that day, but there wasn’t even an apology. I’m also skeptical of all the five-star reviews; they offer promotions for leaving positive feedback. Between the lack of privacy and the poor front-desk service, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less
