“My Chiropractor Dr. Gladwin did a fantastic job. I was unable to walk straight and had a tilted body for a week, all due to severe lower back pain. He fixed it really quick and I was already feeling 90% much better in just couple of sessions.”

“My son suffers from chronic headaches and we started coming here for Chiropractic adjustments to see if that would help because the medication wasn't doing anything. After four or five treatments the headaches disappeared. “If you value your time, do not go to this place for chiropractic appointments. My first session was great, I was on time, the person working was also on time and the session was like I said great so it got me looking forward to my next one, which I booked a week after. I work multiple jobs and time is very important to me. My appointments were always booked for 5:45, and I am always on time but the chiropractor never was after my first session. My second appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes until she came out to greet me in and she also didn’t not apologize for the inconvenience she has caused me so I took that moment to let her know that making me wait for 20 minutes when I have an appointment scheduled was not acceptable specially when my sessions are 7-10 minutes long. I then ignored what happened during that appointment and tried to give her another shot by scheduling another appointment 5 days after which was Monday November 11th at also 5:45. Once again I was on time and she was not… I sat down and waited for another 15 minutes and then I spoke with the receptionist who was extremely pleasant and kind and even though it definitely is not her problem or responsibility she made sure to apologize for what’s happened and had complete understanding of the situation. I let her know that I am leaving and unfortunately won’t be returning or rebooking my appointment and as I’m heading out I noticed a person who obviously was there before me and was also waiting for someone so I asked her if this person is supposed to be before me and she said yes which only got me thinking, I had already been there for 15 minutes, there’s a person also waiting to get treated by the same chiropractor and who knows how long he has been waiting for, his appointment is also most likely going to be 7-10 minutes long and assuming the moment I left the clinic she had come and took him in and his session was 10 minutes long, that would only mean that I would have had to wait 25 minutes for again! A 7-10 minutes session. I’m not typically someone who would go on the internet and leave reviews but this really upset me because I have mention to the chiropractor how important my time is to me. When you work 60 hours a week, you value time a lot more so if you also value your time and wanted someone to respect you the way you respect them, I would look into going to another clinic.”Read moreShow less
